When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address through our registration form. We also automatically collect basic usage data through Google Analytics (GA4), including page views, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your email address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address solely to send you product launch updates, early access invitations, and important service announcements related to Adstriq. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand visitor patterns, improve our website experience, and measure the effectiveness of our content. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your email address is stored securely on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Our early access form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Workers with built-in DDoS protection and rate limiting. All data transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, and email routing; Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymized website analytics; and Resend for transactional email delivery. Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, ask us to update incorrect information, or request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. 6. Cookies & Local Storage
This website uses minimal client-side storage. We store your theme preference (light/dark mode) in localStorage — no cookies are set for this purpose. Google Analytics may use cookies for session tracking, which you can block using your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of cross-site tracking.
7. Children's Privacy
Adstriq is a business-to-business service and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will promptly delete that information.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
